Terms and Conditions
Admissions
-
Term fees are payable in advance. It is a basic condition of attendance that fees are paid by the 3rd week of term at the latest. Any fees outstanding at half term will be subject to a 10% surcharge.
-
Half a terms notice is required, in writing or email before the end of the term or a full terms fee is payable. If a child is to be withdrawn from the school, this will ensure we are able to accept another pupil from the waiting list. Failure to do so will result in the next terms fee being paid.
Refunds
-
In the event of students absence classes are non-refundable.
Students
-
Nichols School of dance is only responsible for students while in class.
-
Students must be dressed in the correct uniform for each class and must conduct themselves in a disciplined manner while on the school premises. This will ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
-
Students must be on time for classes and may be refused entry if late as this causes disruption to other students' learning.
-
No jewellery or watches are to be worn in class for health and safety reasons.
-
All students’ property is their responsibility, Nichols School of Dance cannot be held liable for any lost or damaged belongings.
-
Photographs may be taken in classes and at dance venues to be displayed in programmes or other publicity material for the school.
Parents/Guardians
-
All pupils are required to return a completed and signed enrolment form signed by the person responsible for paying their fees.
